After a motorbike accident that necessitated significant reconstruction on my forearm, wrist, and pelvis, I used various supplements during my recovery: Hyaluronic Acid by Doctor's Best, Cal-Mag Caps by Now Foods, and MSM Joint Formula by Natural Factors. Very effective calcium supplement with excellent dosage. Calf cramps troubled me, leading me to try this product. After a month, my calcium and magnesium levels normalised, and the cramps and bone pain in my legs disappeared. I take these for a course of four months.
